1. CONDITIONS OF USE
The InsideIELTS Test Preparation Program by Interactive Education (IE) is offered to you, the User, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices referenced herein.
In Signing up to and using InsideIELTS.com services you expressly accept all terms and condidtions laid out herein, and therefore will not Sign up or use our services otherwise.
2. OVERVIEW
Your use of the IE website constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms, guidlines or rules that are applicable to any portion of this Site, without limit or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the site immediately and discontinue any use of information, materials or products from this site.
3. MODIFICATION OF THE SITE AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Interactive Education reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions or notices under which the IE website is offered; and the links, content, information, prices, and any other materials provided by this website at any time without notice or further obligation to the User. Interactive Education reserves the right to adjust process at any time. In the event of any pricing error Interactive Education reserves the right to refuse the order. By continued use of the IE website following such modifications, alterations, or updates the User agrees to be bound by any such modifications, alterations, or updates.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE
Interactive Education grants the User the right to access and use the materials provided solely for personal use. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to this Agreement. Users may not: (a) modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any component of the Interactive Education product; (b) create derivative works based on any component of the Interactive Education product; (c) allow any third party to use or have access to the Interactive Education product and materials; (d) republish materials from the InsideIELTS website (including republication on any other website); (e) sell, rent or sub-licence any materials from the InsideIELTS website.
5. PROPRIETRY RIGHTS
The User acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the product and materials provided are the property of Interactive Education (IE) and not that of the User, and (b) the User will use Interactive Education products and materials only under the terms and conditions described herein.
6. FEES
In consideration for the access granted, the User shall pay to Interactive Education the Fee as set out on the Pricing page of the Site. An invoice for fees paid by the User will be sent to the User's e-mail address, as specified in the Sign-up process.
7. SECURITY
Interactive Education will take all reasonable steps to prevent security breaches in its servers' interaction with the User and security breaches in the interaction with resources or users outside of any firewall that may be built into the Interactive Education servers.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
User information is safe with us. Interactive Education understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our customers. All User information submitted to Interactive Education will not be misused, abused or sold to any other parties. Personal information supplied will only be used to complete orders and for the purpose of direct communication between InsideIELTS.com and the user.
9. APPLICABLE LAWS
These terms and conditions are governed by the current law in force in Indonesia.
