To score well for Speaking LR you need to demonstrate a wide range of vocabulary as well as be able to confidently (and correctly) use 'more-complex' lexis and terminology.
[Note: A high-level range of vocabulary cannot be achieved overnight, and you should not attempt to use words and phrases that you are not familiar with in your speaking test interview. The following exercise is designed to demonstrate use of high-level lexis, and for you to practice and become familiar with incorporating less-common vocabulary into your speech.]
